Security Guard Service Contract Sample
Parties Involved:
Security Provider: ABC Security Services, Inc.

Scope of Services:
The security provider shall furnish trained security personnel to monitor, safeguard, and maintain the security of the client’s premises located at 789 Commercial Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90003, or as otherwise specified in subsequent amendments.
Compensation Terms:
The client agrees to pay the security provider a fee of $25 per hour for each security guard, payable bi-weekly upon receipt of invoice, with a minimum of 40 hours per week per guard, unless modified in writing.
Provider Responsibilities:
The security provider shall ensure that all personnel are properly trained, uniformed, and equipped to perform their duties professionally, including patrolling, access control, and emergency response procedures.
