Property Description:
The property subject to this Contract for Deed is located at 789 Pine Street, Houston, TX 77006, including all improvements and fixtures as specified herein.
Terms of Sale:
The seller agrees to sell, and the buyer agrees to purchase the property under the terms outlined in this contract, with an installment plan allowing payments over a specified period, subject to Texas law.
