Scope of Partnership:

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Partners collaborate on joint projects, sharing resources, responsibilities, and profits as specified herein.

Duration and Termination:

The partnership commences on the date of signing and continues until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.

Partner Responsibilities:
