Hourly Contract US Sample
Parties Involved:
Client: XYZ Corporation
Address: 123 Business Rd., Suite 400, New York, NY 10001
Service Provider: John Doe Consulting
Address: 456 Elm Street, New York, NY 10002
Scope of Work:
The Service Provider agrees to perform consulting services as described in Attachment A, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Compensation:
The Client shall pay the Service Provider at the rate of $75 per hour, payable monthly upon receipt of invoice. The total hours worked shall be documented and submitted with each invoice.
Terms of Payment:
Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
Duration:
This agreement shall commence on __________ and continue until __________, unless terminated earlier per the provisions herein.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
The Service Provider shall perform services diligently, maintaining communication with the Client and submitting timely reports as agreed.
Governing Law:
