Project Description:

This agreement pertains to the construction of a residential building located at 789 Pine Avenue, Denver, CO 80204, or other specified site as detailed herein.

Scope of Work:

The contractor agrees to perform all construction activities, including site preparation, building, and finishing, according to the specifications attached as Schedule A.

Payment Terms:

The total contract price shall be $500,000, payable in installments based on progress milestones as outlined in Schedule B. Final payment shall be made upon completion and inspection approval.

Contractor Responsibilities:
