IT Support Contract Sample

Parties Involved:

Service Provider: Tech Solutions Inc.

Client: XYZ Corporation
Address: 456 Business Road, New York, NY 10002

Scope of Support Services:

The service provider agrees to deliver IT support services including troubleshooting, maintenance, and system updates for the client’s computer networks and infrastructure as detailed in the attached Schedule A.

Contract Term & Payment Terms:

This agreement is effective for a period of 12 months starting from the date signed below. The client shall pay a monthly fee of $2,000, payable in advance on the first day of each month.

Provider Responsibilities:

The provider commits to providing timely support, maintaining data confidentiality, and ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s operations during service delivery.

Governing Law:
