Sample Moving Service Contract
Parties Involved:
Mover: XYZ Moving Services LLC
Address: 1234 Logistics Drive, Houston, TX 77001
Customer: John Doe
Address: 5678 Maple Avenue, Houston, TX 77002
Move Description:
The moving services involve the transportation and delivery of household belongings from 5678 Maple Avenue, Houston, TX 77002, to the new residence at 9101 Oak Street, Houston, TX 77003, or other designated locations as agreed upon.
Service Terms:
The total fee for the moving services shall be $X, payable as outlined in the payment schedule. Additional charges may apply for services not specified herein.
Movers’ Responsibilities:
XYZ Moving Services shall perform all services professionally and in accordance with industry standards, ensuring the safe handling and transportation of all items listed in the inventory, which shall be mutually agreed upon prior to moving day.
