Dance Instructor Contract Sample

Parties Involved:

Instructor: Jane Doe Dance Studio

Client: John Smith

Session Details:

The instructor agrees to provide dance classes at the specified location, scheduled on agreed dates and times as outlined in the attached schedule.

Compensation:
