Mechanic Contract US Sample

Parties Involved:

Mechanic: John A. Doe Auto Repairs
Address: 123 Service Lane, Houston, TX 77002

Customer: Jane Smith
Address: 456 Elm Street, Houston, TX 77003

Services Provided:

The mechanic agrees to perform vehicle repair and maintenance services on the customer’s vehicle, specified as a 2015 Ford F-150, as detailed in the service order attached.

Payment Terms:

The customer shall pay the mechanic a total of $1,200 for the services rendered, payable upon completion of repairs or as otherwise agreed herein.

Mechanic Responsibilities:
