Parties Involved:

Ambassador: Jane Doe

Campaign Description:

This agreement pertains to the promotion of XYZ Corporation’s products/services via social media and other channels as specified below.

Compensation Terms:

The Ambassador shall receive a fixed fee of $2,000 per month, payable within 15 days of invoice submission, or alternatively, a commission of 10% of sales generated directly through Ambassador’s referral links, payable monthly.

Ambassador Responsibilities:

The Ambassador agrees to create and share designated content, adhere to brand guidelines, and engage with audiences professionally, in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

Term & Termination:

This agreement commences on the date signed and continues for a period of 6 months. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of New York County.

Additional Provisions:
