Parties Involved:
Employer: Jane Doe

Position and Responsibilities:
The Nanny agrees to provide childcare services at the Employer’s residence, including supervising children, preparing meals, and assisting with daily routines as specified in this agreement.
Compensation and Hours:
The Nanny shall be paid $15 per hour, with a scheduled workweek of 40 hours. Overtime will be compensated at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours exceeding 40 per week.
Work Schedule:
The Nanny’s work hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional adjustments by mutual agreement.
Nanny Responsibilities:
