Artist Performance Contract Sample
Parties Involved:
Promoter: XYZ Events LLC
Address: 123 Broadway Avenue, New York, NY 10001
Artist: Jane Doe
Address: 456 Elm Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001
Performance Details:
The Artist shall perform at the venue located at 789 Music Hall, New York, NY 10002, on the date specified in the agreement, or as otherwise arranged.
Compensation:
The Promoter agrees to pay the Artist a performance fee of $10,000, payable within 7 days after the performance, or as specified herein.
Artist Responsibilities:
The Artist commits to arrive on time, perform professionally, and adhere to the event schedule. The Artist shall provide their own equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of New York County.
Additional Provisions:
