Product Description:
The supplier agrees to provide and deliver the goods specified herein, including but not limited to industrial components, as detailed in Schedule A, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Supply Terms:
The supplier shall deliver the goods by the delivery schedule specified in Exhibit B, with quantities and quality standards as outlined. Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of goods, subject to inspection and acceptance.
Supplier Responsibilities:
The supplier commits to providing goods compliant with agreed specifications, maintaining timely delivery, and fulfilling all applicable legal requirements.
Governing Law:
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Houston.
