Actor Contract Sample Agreement

Parties Involved:

Producer: XYZ Productions Inc.
Address: 123 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028

Actor: John Doe
Address: 456 Elm Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001

Role Description:

The Actor shall perform the role of Lead Actor in the production titled “Sample Movie,” with duties including rehearsals, performances, promotional activities, and related responsibilities as specified by the Producer.

Compensation:

The Actor shall be paid a total fee of $50,000, payable in installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and 50% upon completion of filming.

Actor Responsibilities:

The Actor agrees to attend all scheduled rehearsals, performances, and promotional events, and to adhere to the directives of the Producer, maintaining professional conduct at all times.

Term and Schedule:

This agreement shall commence on August 1, 2024, and shall conclude upon completion of filming and promotional activities, estimated to end on December 15, 2024.

Governing Law:

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Los Angeles courts.

Additional Provisions:

• The Actor grants the Producer exclusive rights to use their performance in all media now known or hereafter devised.
• This agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
• The Actor shall not perform in any competing productions during the term of this agreement without prior written consent.
