Cleaning Service Contract Sample

Service Description:
The service provider agrees to provide cleaning services at the client’s property located at 789 Pine Road, New York, NY 10020, or other locations as mutually agreed upon.
Service Schedule:
Cleaning shall be performed weekly, bi-weekly, or as specified by the client, on days and times mutually agreed upon in advance.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay the service provider a fee of $100 per cleaning session, payable within 5 days of invoice receipt. Payment methods include check, credit card, or bank transfer.
Provider Responsibilities:
