Property / Scope of Work:
The services covered under this agreement include commercial cleaning of the premises located at 789 Office Plaza, Anytown, USA 12345, including offices, restrooms, and common areas, as detailed in the attached scope of work.
Service Schedule:
Cleaning services shall be performed on a weekly basis, every Monday and Thursday, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, or as mutually agreed upon.
Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay the service provider a fee of $800 per month, payable in advance on the first day of each month. Additional services shall be billed separately at the rate of $25 per hour.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
The service provider shall perform all cleaning duties in a professional manner, using environmentally friendly products, and adhere to health and safety standards. The provider will also ensure crew members are trained and equipped appropriately.
Governing Law:
