Item Description:
The item subject to this layaway agreement is a high-definition television, model HD-55X, serial number 123456789, purchased from XYZ Retail Store.
Payment Terms:
The Buyer agrees to make an initial deposit of $200. Remaining payments of $50 per month shall be paid on the first of each month until the total purchase price of $500 is paid in full. Full payment must be received by the date of pickup or delivery.
Buyer Responsibilities:
The Buyer agrees to make all payments on time and to pick up the item upon full payment. The Seller is responsible for holding the item until the Buyer completes payment.
Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved within the courts of New York County.
Additional Provisions:
