Cleaning Business Contract Sample

Service Description:
The service provider shall perform commercial and/or residential cleaning services at the client’s property located at 456 Elm Avenue, Springfield, IL 62705, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and window cleaning, as specified in the scope of work attached.
Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay the service provider a fee of $200 per cleaning session, payable within 3 business days of invoice receipt. Additional services beyond the scope will be billed separately.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
The service provider shall perform all cleaning tasks professionally, using appropriate equipment and cleaning supplies, and shall ensure the property is left in a clean and presentable condition.
Scheduling:
