Property Description:

The property subject to this contract is located at 9012 Commercial Blvd, Houston, TX 77003, including all relevant exterior surfaces requiring pressure washing as specified herein.

Scope of Work:

The service provider shall perform high-pressure washing services on the designated property, including exterior walls, sidewalks, parking lot surfaces, and other specified areas, using industry-approved methods and equipment.
