Standard Employment Contract Sample

Parties Involved:

Employer: Acme Corporation
Address: 123 Business Road, New York, NY 10001

Employee: Jane Doe
Address: 456 Elm Street, New York, NY 10002

Position and Responsibilities:

The Employee shall serve as a Software Engineer, responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications as directed by the Employer.

Compensation:

The Employee shall receive an annual salary of $85,000, payable bi-weekly, and may be eligible for bonuses as determined by the Employer’s policies.

Working Hours:

Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.

Employment Duration:
