Parties Involved:

Property Description:

The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Oak Street, Springfield, IL 62702, or other designated real estate as specified herein.

Deposit Terms:

The Tenant agrees to pay a security deposit of $1,200, payable upon signing this agreement, to cover potential damages and obligations under the lease.

Tenant Responsibilities:

The Tenant shall provide the deposit upon signing and shall be responsible for maintaining the property in accordance with the lease terms. The Landlord shall hold the deposit in accordance with applicable state laws.

Governing Law:
