Scope of Non-Compete:

During the term of employment and for a period of 12 months following termination, the Employee agrees not to directly or indirectly engage in or assist any business that competes with the Employer within a radius of 50 miles of Springfield, Illinois.

Duration and Geographic Area:

This non-compete shall be effective from the start date of employment and shall continue for 12 months after employment ends. The applicable geographic scope is within Springfield and surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius.

Additional Provisions:
