Band Performance Contract Sample
Parties Involved:
Band: The Rolling Notes

Client: Event Organizer Inc.
Address: 456 Event Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211
Performance Details:
The band shall perform at the venue located at 789 Festival Road, New York, NY 10002, on the agreed date and time as specified herein, or at an alternative location as mutually agreed.
Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay the band a total performance fee of $2,000, payable in full prior to the performance or as otherwise arranged in this agreement.
Band Responsibilities:
The band commits to arrive on time, perform the agreed setlist for the duration specified, and provide their own equipment. The client shall provide a suitable performance space and necessary amenities.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
In case of cancellation by either party, written notice must be provided at least 7 days prior to the scheduled performance. Rescheduling can be arranged upon mutual agreement.
Governing Law:
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved within New York courts.
Additional Provisions:
- The client shall provide a power source compatible with the band’s requirements.
