Basic Business Contract US Sample

Parties Involved:

Party A: XYZ Corporation
Address: 123 Business Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90001

Party B: ABC Enterprises LLC
Address: 456 Commerce St, Los Angeles, CA 90002

Scope of Work:

Party A agrees to provide consulting services related to business development, while Party B shall compensate Party A as per the terms defined herein.

Payment Terms:

Party B shall pay Party A a fee of $10,000, payable in installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and the remaining 50% upon completion of the services.

Parties Responsibilities:

Party A shall perform the services diligently and in accordance with professional standards. Party B shall provide necessary information and resources required for the services.

Term and Termination:

This agreement shall commence on the date signed and continue for a period of 12 months, unless terminated earlier by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
