Scope of Services:
The consultant shall provide professional consulting services related to business development and strategic planning as detailed in Schedule A attached to this agreement.
Compensation:
The client agrees to pay the consultant a fee of $10,000 per month, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt. Additional expenses shall be reimbursed upon submission of receipts.
Consultant Responsibilities:
