Service Description:
The service provider shall perform HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation services at the client’s property located at 5678 Maple Street, Houston, TX 77002, as specified in this agreement.
Terms of Service:
The client agrees to pay the service provider a fee of $150 per service call, payable upon completion of each service. Scheduled maintenance visits shall occur every six months as agreed.
Service Provider Responsibilities:

Governing Law:
