Project Description:

This agreement pertains to the installation of hardwood flooring at the Client’s residence located at 456 Oak Avenue, Springfield, IL 62703, including preparation, installation, and cleanup as specified herein.

Scope of Work:

The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of hardwood flooring, including surface preparation, underlayment, and finishing, according to industry standards and specifications provided by the Client.

Payment Terms:

The total contract price is $5,000, payable in installments: 50% upfront before work begins, and the remaining 50% upon completion and client approval. Additional costs for unforeseen conditions will be approved by the Client prior to incurring.
