Project Description:
The scope of work includes general handyman services at the client’s property located at 456 Elm Street, Anytown, USA 12345, as detailed in the work order.
Terms of Service:
The handyman shall perform all agreed tasks diligently, including repairs, installations, and maintenance, in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.
Payment Terms:
Payment shall be made upon completion of the work, with the total amount specified in the invoice. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen work outside the original scope.
