Parties Involved:

Project Description:

The photographer shall provide professional photography services for the event scheduled on [Date], including capturing images as specified in this agreement, at the location(s) provided by the client.

Payment Terms:

The total fee for the services shall be $1,000, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this contract and 50% upon delivery of the final images.

Photographer Responsibilities:

The photographer agrees to deliver high-resolution images, edited and retouched as agreed, within 14 days after the event. The photographer shall arrive on time and provide professional service throughout the event.

Usage Rights:

The client shall have exclusive rights to use the images for personal purposes. Commercial use rights shall require an additional agreement and fee.

Governing Law:
