In-Home Child Care Contract Sample

Care Services Provided:
The caregiver agrees to provide in-home childcare services, including supervision, activities, meal preparation, and bedtime routines, as outlined in this agreement.
Schedule and Hours:

Compensation and Payment Terms:
The parent shall pay the caregiver $150 per day, payable weekly on Fridays. Additional hours beyond scheduled times will be billed at $20 per hour.
