Sample SEO Service Agreement
Parties Involved:

Scope of Services:
The service provider agrees to perform search engine optimization (SEO) services including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and monthly reporting as detailed in the project scope.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay a fee of $5,000 per month for the SEO services, payable within 15 days of invoice issuance. Payment installment schedule and conditions are specified herein.
