Property:

The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Pine Street, Los Angeles, CA 90035, or other designated real estate as specified herein.

Assignment Terms:

The Assignor hereby assigns all rights, interests, and obligations related to the property to the Assignee, effective upon execution of this contract, subject to the terms herein.

Parties’ Responsibilities:
