Bridal Hair and Makeup Service Contract Sample

Service Description:

The service provider agrees to provide bridal hairstyling and makeup services for the client’s wedding scheduled on ________________, at the location specified by the client.

Payment Terms:

The total fee for the services shall be $XXX. A deposit of 50% is required upon signing this contract, with the remaining balance payable on the day of service prior to commencement.
