Parties:
Nursing Agency: CarePlus Nursing Services

Healthcare Facility: Sunrise Medical Center

Scope of Services:
The agency shall provide qualified nursing staff to the facility as per the requirements specified in subsequent assessments, including but not limited to registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
Compensation:
The facility agrees to pay the agency a fee of $X per hour per nurse, payable weekly upon submission of invoices, or as otherwise outlined herein.
Agency Responsibilities:
The agency shall ensure all personnel are properly licensed, trained, and compliant with state and federal regulations. The agency shall also handle staffing replacements as needed.
Facility Responsibilities:
The facility shall provide a safe working environment and timely access to the nursing staff provided by the agency.
