Property Description:
The property to be remodeled is located at 890 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028, or other designated property as specified in subsequent agreements.
Scope of Work:
The contractor shall perform remodeling services including but not limited to kitchen and bathroom updates, flooring, painting, and structural modifications as detailed in the project specifications.
Payment Terms:
