Under Contract US Sample Agreement

Property Description:

The property located at 789 Maple Drive, Anytown, USA, or other designated real estate as specified in subsequent negotiations.

Contract Terms:

The parties agree that the property will be under contract, with escrow to close within 30 days, and the purchase price is set at $350,000, subject to standard conditions and contingencies.

Agent Responsibilities:
