Service Description:
The coach agrees to provide personalized coaching and mentoring sessions to the client aimed at achieving specified personal or professional development goals, in accordance with the terms below.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay a fee of $200 per session, payable prior to each scheduled session, or as otherwise agreed herein.
Coach Responsibilities:
The coach commits to conducting sessions professionally, maintaining confidentiality, and providing guidance aligned with the client’s goals.
Confidentiality & Legal:
Both parties agree to keep all session details confidential. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.
