Family Loan Contract Sample

Loan Description:
The lender agrees to loan the amount of $10,000 to the borrower, to be repaid according to the terms specified herein, including the interest rate and repayment schedule.
Loan Terms:
The loan amount shall accrue interest at a rate of 3% per annum. Repayments shall be made in monthly installments of $500 starting on the 1st of each month, until full repayment.
Parties’ Responsibilities:
