Food Vendor Contract Sample

Parties Involved:

Vendor: Gourmet Food Services Inc.
Address: 123 Culinary Road, New York, NY 10001

Client: Downtown Event Organizer
Address: 456 Main Street, New York, NY 10002

Event and Location:

The vendor shall provide food services at the event scheduled for August 15, 2024, located at Central Park, New York, NY 10022, or as otherwise specified in subsequent negotiations.

Scope of Services:

The vendor agrees to supply food and beverages as outlined in the attached menu, ensuring timely delivery, setup, and service during the event hours. Special dietary requests must be communicated at least 48 hours prior.

Payment Terms:

The client shall pay a total fee of $10,000, payable 50% upon signing this agreement and the remaining 50% upon completion of the event. Additional charges for extra services will be billed separately.

Vendor Responsibilities:

The vendor shall ensure all food items meet health and safety standards, arrive on time, and are presented professionally throughout the event. The vendor shall also handle cleanup after the event unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved within New York County courts.
