Project Description:
The scope of work includes the creation of digital graphics, branding materials, and related visual assets as detailed in the project brief, to be delivered by the agreed deadlines.
Payment Terms:
The total fee for services shall be $5,000, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and 50% upon delivery of the final design assets.
Designer Responsibilities:
The designer agrees to produce original work, communicate progress regularly, and deliver the final graphics in agreed formats and resolution, adhering to industry standards.
Governing Law:
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within New York County.
Additional Provisions:
