Intellectual Property:

The intellectual property involved in this agreement includes patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets related to XYZ Technologies’ proprietary software and hardware innovations, located at 789 Innovation Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94110.

License Terms:

The licensor grants the licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and commercialize the specified intellectual property for a term of five (5) years, commencing on the effective date of this agreement, with options for renewal upon mutual agreement.
