Recording Contract US Sample Template

Recording Details:
The artist agrees to record certain musical works as specified in this agreement at designated facilities, with the terms to be outlined herein.
Royalty and Payment Terms:
The record label shall pay the artist a royalty of 15% of gross revenue from sales and licensing, payable quarterly or as otherwise agreed upon.
Artist Responsibilities:
The artist shall deliver completed recordings in the specified format by the deadlines, participate in promotional events, and adhere to quality standards agreed upon.
