Event Details:

Description: A private birthday celebration with catering, entertainment, and decorations.

Scope of Services:

The event planner shall provide services including venue selection, vendor coordination, event design, logistics management, and day-of coordination as agreed upon.

Payment Terms:

The client agrees to pay a total fee of $5,000, with an initial deposit of $1,500 due upon signing this contract. The balance is payable in full 7 days before the event date.

Event Planner Responsibilities:

The event planner shall perform all services diligently and professionally, coordinating with vendors and ensuring the event runs smoothly according to the agreed plan.

Cancellation and Refunds:
