Event Details:

The event subject to this agreement is scheduled for September 15, 2024, at the Metropolitan Center, 789 Conference Road, New York, NY 10003, or other designated venue as agreed upon.

Scope of Services:

The Event Coordinator shall provide planning, coordination, and on-site management services for the event, including vendor liaising, logistics, and ensuring smooth execution as detailed in attached specifications.

Compensation:

The Organizer shall pay the Event Coordinator a fee of $5,000, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and 50% after the event completion.

Event Coordinator Responsibilities:

The Event Coordinator agrees to perform all duties professionally, adhering to the agreed schedule and standards, and to communicate regularly with the Organizer to update on progress.
