Property Description:
The property subject to this maintenance agreement is located at 890 Park Street, New York, NY 10003, or other designated locations as specified herein.
Scope of Services:
The service provider shall perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections as detailed in the attached Schedule A, ensuring proper upkeep of the property.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay the service provider a monthly fee of $X, payable within 15 days of receipt of invoice. Additional services outside the scope will be billed separately.
