Parties Involved:
Manager: XYZ Management LLC

Client: ABC Property Owner

Subject of Management:
The scope of management includes the property located at 789 Maple Avenue, New York, NY 10003, or any other assets specified in subsequent agreements.
Management Fee:
The manager shall receive a fee of 4% of gross monthly income or a flat fee as agreed upon, payable monthly or as specified herein.
Manager Responsibilities:
