Parties Involved:

Service Provider: XYZ Recruitment Solutions LLC
Address: 123 Business Park, New York, NY 10001

Client: ABC Corporation
Address: 789 Corporate Drive, New York, NY 10022

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to deliver Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding for the Client’s designated positions as outlined in this agreement.

Payment Terms:

The Client shall pay the Service Provider a monthly retainer fee of $10,000, plus success-based fees of 15% of the first-year salary of each placed candidate, payable upon candidate placement.

Service Provider Responsibilities:

The Service Provider shall perform all recruitment activities diligently, maintain confidentiality, and provide regular updates to the Client regarding candidate progression.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Dispute resolution shall occur within the courts of New York County.

Additional Provisions:

  • The Client agrees to provide timely feedback and access to necessary resources.
