Scope of Work:

The Content Creator agrees to produce and publish social media content related to the Client’s products/services on specified platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, as detailed herein.

Compensation:

The Client shall pay the Content Creator a fee of $________, payable upon signing this agreement and/or upon deliverables as specified. Additional payments or bonuses may be negotiated separately.

Content Ownership & Usage Rights:

The Content Creator grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and distribute the created content for marketing and promotional purposes across various channels.
