Project Description:
The scope of work includes editing video footage provided by the client for the upcoming advertising campaign, scheduled to commence on August 1, 2023, and to be completed by August 20, 2023.
Compensation:
The client agrees to pay the video editor a fee of $2,000, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and 50% upon project completion.
Video Editor Responsibilities:
The video editor shall perform editing services in a professional manner, adhering to the project specifications and deadlines, and shall deliver the final edited video in the agreed format.
Governing Law:
