Sample Trucking Company Contract (US)
Parties Involved:
Carrier: XYZ Trucking LLC
Address: 123 Logistics Lane, Dallas, TX 75201
Shipper: Acme Manufacturing Inc.

Vehicle and Service Description:
The Carrier agrees to provide transportation services for the Shipper’s freight, utilizing the specified trucks and equipment, across designated routes as detailed in this agreement.
Payment Terms:
The Shipper shall pay the Carrier a total fee of $0.50 per mile, payable within 15 days of receipt of invoice after delivery completion.
Carrier Responsibilities:
The Carrier shall ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, insured, and operated in compliance with federal and state transportation laws, and shall deliver goods timely and in good condition.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with disputes resolved within the courts of Dallas County.
Additional Provisions:
- The Carrier shall provide proof of insurance coverage prior to commencing services.
- Any modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- All damages or claims arising from carrier negligence shall be the carrier’s responsibility.
